Accessibility Bar Raiser Program: At AWS T&C, I designed, developed and implemented an extensive support training program for Curriculum Development employees, the Accessibility Bar Raising Program, to improve course accessibility compliance and promote an inclusive environment. The program includes four tier levels with badges demonstrating the completion of accessibility focused professional development as well as recognition for contributions to accessibility initiatives.
High Level Badge Overview
Bronze - Completed professional development training.
Silver - Provided coaching and supporting accessibility initiatives.
Gold - Led accessibility initiatives and earned CPACC or WAS certification.
Platinum - Led accessibility program initiatives and earned CPWA certification.
