I’m a Learning Experience Designer with over 10 years of experience creating inclusive, high-impact training programs in complex technical environments. My work sits at the intersection of learning science, accessibility, and performance-based design—helping organizations translate challenging technology into engaging, scalable learning experiences that empower people to succeed.

Currently, I design and program-manage global blended training for AWS Data Center technicians, supporting workforce readiness, safety outcomes, and faster time-to-productivity. Throughout my career, I’ve partnered closely with engineers, operations leaders, product teams, and subject matter experts to build learner-centered solutions grounded in real business needs and measurable results.

From in-the-flow-of-work technical training in logistics environments to global cloud enablement programs for AWS Training & Certification, I’ve led initiatives that improve efficiency, increase learner engagement, and elevate accessibility standards across teams. I’m especially passionate about designing learning that works for everyone—embedding inclusive practices and WCAG-aligned accessibility into every stage of development.
